The Town of Boulder Junction came out in force to support the community playground project, now in its final stages of fundraising. The Playground Fund received close to $6,000 from the event proceeds. Thanks to committee members Laura Bertch, Katherine Maurer, Dr. Mindy Wolf, Dick Jenks, Dan Lahart and Dennis Duke and volunteers Mary Jenks and Bob Bertch for their hard work to make this successful event possible.

Sara Smith (right in the photo) was the brainchild of the event, and Amanda Chartrand (left) was a driving force along with Sara.

Our thanks also go out to Alehouse proprietors, Breanna and Taylor Miner, who wholeheartedly embraced the project and event. We can’t thank everyone involved enough for their time and efforts!

The Boulder Junction Lions Club facilitated the raffle sales.
